Foam Degreaser

Product formulated for cleaning refrigeration facilities, dairy plants, bottling plants, etc. Its high surfactant power produces an efficient removal of fats of animal origin, proteins, vegetable oils, sugars, carbohydrates, etc.

How to use

It is applied in concentrations between 3% to 10% depending on the degree of dirt, manually or by means of foam generators. Let it act for between 10 and 20 minutes and rinse with plenty of drinking water.

Characteristics

Viscous liquid, miscible with water. Degreases by contact. Produces a foam with optimal enveloping power. Prevents dirt, during the cleaning operation, from moving to already treated areas. It has greater cleaning capacity than products made in gel form.

Foamprol® CL

Chlorinated Foaming Agent

Product formulated for cleaning refrigeration facilities, dairy plants, bottling rooms, etc. Its high surfactant power produces a cleansing effect, removing fats of animal origin, proteins, mineral oils, sugars, etc.

Characteristics

Viscous liquid, miscible with water.
Contains chlorine as hypochlorite.
Degreases by contact.
Produces a foam with optimal enveloping power.
It has greater cleaning capacity than products in gel form.

How to use

By foaming by means of generating equipment, by brushing or by immersion, it is applied in concentrations between 5% and 10% depending on the degree of dirt, manually or by means of foam generating equipment. Let it act for between 10 and 20 minutes and rinse with plenty of drinking water.

Precautions

It is recommended to use neoprene or similar gloves and eye protectors, aprons and PVC boots.

ACIPROL F ®

Acid Foaming Cleaner

Product formulated for cleaning countertops, tanks and machinery. Its surfactant action allows the dissolution of calcareous and mineral deposits, giving stainless steel a natural shine.

How to use

It is applied in concentrations between 3% and 10% depending on the degree of dirt, it is left to act for 10 to 20 minutes and rinsed with plenty of drinking water.

Characteristics

Viscous liquid, miscible in water, removes mineral deposits and scale, has greater penetrating power than gels and prevents the formation of "bio film" preventing the reproduction of bacteria, fungi, etc.
